Mauritius: Undersea Walk at Belle Mare Beach

Going on an Undersea Walk at a depth of between 3-4 metres is like going for an underwater tour inside the reef, allowing you to walk between corals and witness first hand a variety of marine life up close in crystal clear blue water where no diving ability is needed,

The excursion starts with a motorboat transfer from Belle Mare beach to a platform situated inside the lagoon.

On arrival at the platform you receive a pre-departure briefing about the apparatus, the local marine life, safety procedures and on the underwater walking trail.

Then, with the help of the guide, you descend from the platform to begin your underwater walk adventure. Experienced qualified  guides accompany you along the course of the Underwater Sea Walk guaranteeing your  safety and giving you guidance on how to approach the fish and feed them from the palm of your hand.
