This Classic Speedboat tour encompasses the most iconic sites of the South East such as the stunning GRSE waterfall with its welcoming lush green surroundings and Ile aux Cerfs with its crystal clear water. If you’re lucky, on arrival at the waterfall you may be greeted by some long-tailed macaque monkeys, these are not native to Mauritius, they were brought here over 400 years ago by Portuguese sailors but now they feel at home here.
From here we make our way to Île aux Cerfs, a picturesque island spread over 87 hectares of untouched land off the east coast of Mauritius for a BBQ lunch. The Island is famous for its white sandy beaches, its turquoise lagoons and wide range of water sports and land activities on offer.
