Mauritius: Horse Ride on the Beach

Horse back riding is another way to immerse yourself in this wild corner of the island and what’s better than a ride on the beach.

As you ride between the filaos, inhaling the invigorating salty air as you go,  you’ll notice the  kitesurfers, the large hotels with their singular architecture, and the vast blue expanse of the sea…

The Beach on Horseback, is likely to be one of your fondest memories. After checking your riding level and perhaps experiencing a moment of initiation (it’s always best to check together where you stand and to do everything safely), you’re kitted out and mounted on one of our horses – these are gentle, quiet horses – always happy to go for a ride themselves!

Accompanied by one or more guides (depending on your number), mounted on your thoroughbred, you’ll leave the quarry and take a secluded path that leads to one of the two beaches near the stud farm.

You’ll never be on your own: you’ll have been given instructions before you set off, and there will always be a guide to give you advice and help you, if needed.

In this dream setting, comfortably seated in your saddle, feeling at ease, you begin to discover this wild environment.

This is a moment to cherish as your mount walks along the waters edge, even in shallow water it will create bubbles of happiness in your life. memories in the making!

This souvenir will be immortalized by our photographer, who will welcome you back at the Club House.

For experienced riders, a gallop can be organized. ‍‍

Additional Information:

**All outings, walks and swims are subject to weather conditions, marsh conditions and the number of kite surfers at sea. Should the client decide otherwise, he/she will be entirely responsible for his/her actions.

The Activity is not recommended for women in their 8 weeks+ pregnancy
