Step into the heart of the wild and experience the Kruger National Park like never before with our Private Full Day Safari. This exclusive tour is designed to give you the intimacy and flexibility you desire, whether you’re a photography enthusiast seeking more time at a sighting, or a family who prefers a more personalized pace.

As the sun rises over the bush, your private journey begins. Your dedicated guide, well-versed in navigating the Satara region, will be your companion. Known globally as ‘lion country’, this premier location will be yours to explore without the constraints of other groups. Every moment of your day in this beautiful wildlife sanctuary can be tailored to your interests, making it a truly unique experience.

Your private expedition commences early at 05:00 when we collect you from your accommodation. We aim to enter the park just before 06:00, after a quick check-in at the park gates. What better way to start your day than with a private moment in the bush, sipping on fresh coffee or tea and nibbling on traditional rusks as you listen to the morning chorus of the wild?

The primary focus of our safari is the thriving Satara area, where we set out in search of the Big Five and the park’s legendary predator populations. Come midday, we take a breather and treat you to a relaxed lunch at the Satara Rest Camp restaurant. Remember, this is your day, and you get to decide when to move on and when to spend more time at a breathtaking sighting.

As the afternoon light turns golden, providing ideal conditions for world-class photography, we continue our quest for the hidden wonders of the park. After a day of exploration and discovery, we ensure a safe return to your accommodation in Hoedspruit.

Experience the Kruger National Park on your own terms with our Private Full Day Safari – a day of personalized exploration, unforgettable wildlife encounters, and the flexibility to soak it all in at your own pace.

What to wear?

1) Even in winter, temperatures can exceed 30 degrees Celcius so we recommend comfortable cool clothing. 2) No need to purchase special neutral-coloured clothing – a normal tshirt and shorts or jeans in winter are approporiate for a Kruger safari. 3) We recommend that you have closed shoes or sneakers for climbing in and out of the open safari vehicle but as it does get really hot, flip flops or sandals can also work. 4) Please bring a windbreaker/ jacket no matter the season as the OSV can be windy and chilly in the early mornings and evenings. In winter, a scarf and beanie are definitely worth bringing. 5) We also recommend a tight-fitting hat or cap and sunglasses.
