Here, you’ll meet your knowledgeable guide, an expert in the unique lifestyle of African penguins. After a brief introduction, you’re off to meet the local Seaforth penguin colony. Witness their daily routines and learn about their intriguing lifestyle, habits, and significance to our coastal ecosystem.

Following the coastline, our walking tour proceeds to Waters Edge Beach, a serene location that offers perfect photo opportunities. Here, the sandy beach blends seamlessly with the azure ocean, creating a tranquil ambiance that heightens the experience.

The journey continues onto a shaded coastal forest walkway that leads to the Boulders Beach Visitors Centre. This path is a haven for nature lovers, as it’s surrounded by lush vegetation and offers glimpses of diverse flora and fauna. Please note, entrance to the park is an additional cost and can be requested on the day of the tour.

At Boulders Beach, you’ll get a chance to witness the African penguins up close. Your guide will interpret their behaviour in great detail, shedding light on their habits and characteristics. This is where we’ll spend most of our time, observing these highly endangered birds and learning more about conservation efforts.

Finally, we will wrap up our tour by walking back along the scenic pathway to Seaforth Beach. This walking tour is not just about meeting African penguins; it’s about understanding their lives, appreciating their beauty, and realizing the importance of their conservation.
