Your adventure begins with a transfer from Port Elizabeth, also known as Gqeberha, to the Day Safari Welcome Centre. Arriving at 09:00, you’ll get a brief orientation and meet your experienced ranger who will guide you through the diverse landscapes of the reserve.

The morning game drive kicks off at 09:30 and goes on until 12:30. This gives you ample time to spot the iconic Big Five – lion, leopard, rhinoceros, elephant, and African buffalo. The open safari vehicle allows for uninterrupted views of these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.

After the morning game drive, your taste buds are in for a treat with a delicious two-course lunch complemented by two local beverages. A cash bar is also available for those who want to sip on something extra. The lunch break lasts from 12:30 to 13:30, giving you time to relax and share your morning safari experiences with fellow travelers.

The adventure continues with an afternoon game drive from 13:30 to 15:00. Grab your camera and be ready for more unforgettable wildlife encounters. Your knowledgeable ranger will be there to answer your questions and share fascinating insights about the reserve’s ecosystem and its inhabitants.

As the day winds down, you’ll be back at the Day Safari Welcome Centre by 15:30, ready for your return transfer to Port Elizabeth.
