The Chapman’s Peak coastline in Cape Town is a hidden gem that offers an unparalleled kayaking experience. This breathtakingly beautiful and largely inaccessible coastline is best explored by kayak, allowing you to discover hidden beaches and caves that are otherwise unreachable. If you’re lucky, you may even spot some aquatic life, as the water is often so clear that you can see right to the bottom.

Our adventure begins with a paddle along the bay, offering spectacular views of the Sentinel. This in-and-out journey is an adventure in itself as there are limited places to land. But the sheer beauty of the surroundings makes the trip more than worth it.

Regardless of your skill level, our kayak trips are designed to suit everyone. Even if you’re a novice, there’s no need to worry as we use locally designed and manufactured double sit-on-top kayaks from Vagabond Kayaks. These kayaks are not only super stable, comfortable and fast, but they also offer ample storage room.

To ensure that our kayaking experience is always available, we have developed three different routes around the peninsula. So, even if the weather conditions are not in our favour, we can usually offer an alternative route.

We believe in the joy of sharing experiences, which is why we require a minimum group size of four guests for the activity to proceed. If this number is not reached, we will be sure to contact you to reschedule.

Our kayaking trips are family-friendly too. Children aged eight and over are welcome to join in on the fun. This makes it a perfect activity for families looking for something different and exciting to do during their visit to Cape Town.

So, come and join us on this unforgettable kayaking adventure along the Chapman’s Peak coastline. Experience the thrill of exploring Cape Town’s most scenic coastline and create memories that will last a lifetime.
