Refund and Returns Policy



Tripndiscovery accepts the following Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express.

There is no charge or service fee for processing Credit-card payments.


Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within 24 hours. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy.


Full payment by Credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Tripndiscovery on the credit card statement.

Canceling a booking with Tripndiscovery can result in cancelation fees being applied by Tripndiscovery as outlined below. When canceling any booking you will be notified via email of the successful cancellation and cancellation fees incurred.


Cancellations must be made no less than 24 hours in advance of a Tour to receive a full refund. You can cancel through the Cancellation request form section of the website or by communicating via email to


Please note that this policy does not apply to non-refundable Tours or with Partners that have different cancellation policies.


No refund will be given for cancelations made within 24 hours of a Tour.


No refund for a tour is available once the Tour has commenced.
